Dim Bhotta
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- An onion
- 4 small chillis
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Salt
- rapeseed oil
Method:
Boil the eggs in a a small pot with water.
To see if the eggs boiled, see if there are cracks on the shells of the eggs.
Throw away the water from the pot.
Peel the skin off from the eggs
(Becareful of the heat. You can cool them down in the sink by leaving the cold water running.)
Smash the egss with a fork in a small bowl until all mooshy.
Dice the onion.
Chop the chillies.
Add them in the small bowl with the mashed eggs.
Add salt.
Mix with the fork
(To mix uniformly, use your hands. It might get a bit sticky with the potatoes but hey, it's fun! Especially if stressed out!)
Add a teaspoon of rapeseed oil
(if too much is added, it will get to your heaad. Just like drinking too much coca-cola quickly...)
Mix again.
